Digital products
Products sold through this site are digital downloads (PDFs, ZIPs, spreadsheets and similar). After payment via Stripe you are redirected to our download page to collect your files.
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations — early supply of digital content
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract.
By placing an order you expressly request and consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately (before the end of the 14-day cancellation period), and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins.
Checkout includes a required confirmation of this consent. The same acknowledgement appears on the shop page next to the Buy buttons.
Faulty files
If a download fails or the wrong files are supplied, contact us with your Stripe receipt. We will re-supply or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty digital content.
Licence
Each pack includes a licence file. Personal and small-business craft use as stated in that licence; do not resell the raw files as your own digital product.
